1. Shipping Zones

We currently ship exclusively to the following countries:

  • United States (all 50 states)
  • Canada

Orders placed from other countries cannot be processed or shipped at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your package is handed over to our logistics partner.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Our average delivery times (after shipment) are as follows:

  • United States: 5-10 business days
  • Canada: 5-12 business days

These timeframes are provided for reference and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, or exceptional circumstances (high demand, weather, customs, etc.).

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are displayed during checkout and depend on your shipping address.
Free shipping may be available above a certain order amount (see current offers on our website).

6. Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Comforlab is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, first check with your local post office or carrier.
If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us through our contact page, and we will open an investigation with the carrier and help you find a solution.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

Delays beyond our control (weather, customs, postal strikes, public health crises, high sales periods, etc.) may extend normal delivery times. While we do our best to expedite shipping, no compensation will be granted for reasonable delays.
