2. Products
All products for sale on the Site are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photos and descriptions are non-contractual and for illustrative purposes only. Product availability is updated in real-time; if an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be informed by email and refunded.
3. Orders
Orders are placed online through the Site. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information. The sale is final only after confirmation by email and payment validation.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in your local currency, taxes included, unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of order, and accepted by Stripe, Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other secure methods indicated at checkout. We never store your payment information.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times are specified on the product or checkout pages. Shipping is generally handled by our logistics partners; delays due to external factors (customs, carrier issues) are not the responsibility of SBQ-Ecom Agency or Brother & Sisters United LTD.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
You have 60 days after delivery to request a return or exchange, provided the product is unused, in its original condition and packaging. To request a return, please contact us here. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, you will be refunded to your original payment method within a reasonable time.
Personalized, used, or damaged items may not be eligible for return or refund. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable except in case of error or defective product.
7. Right of Withdrawal (European/International)
If you are an EU, UK, or Swiss customer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 60 days of delivery without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us here.
8. Warranty
Our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and hidden defects. If a product proves defective within the warranty period, please contact us for support and replacement or refund options.
9. Limitation of Liability

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Switzerland and the United Kingdom. In case of dispute, priority will be given to amicable settlement. Otherwise, the competent courts are those of Lausanne (Switzerland) or London (United Kingdom), depending on the relevant entity.
